Orders

Customers can place orders and proceed checkout by login, creating an account, as well as a guest.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with order details.

Order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from the date of order, after payment is approved.

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

If needed, we may contact you to verify the order, or request additional information relevant to the order, and it leads to delay in shipment. We are unaccountable to any delay irrelevant to us, and out of our control.

Order may be canceled due to payment authorization failure beyond our control. In this case, we suggest you contact your bank or credit card provider. 

We reserve the right to cancel an order, if the order is considered fraud, or inappropriate.

Order Status

You can check order status and track shipment on your account page, or emails sent from us. Customers placed an order as a guest can check order status and track shipment on emails sent from us.

You can cancel or change the order by emailing us at support@yoradin99.com, until it has been dispatched.

PayPal Account

You can complete the payment with your PayPal account.

Debit or Credit Card

You can complete the payment with your debit or credit card through PayPal.

Once an order has been placed, the funds allocated for the order will be temporarily on hold, that is called pre-authorization period. The amount of order will be charged once the order has been approved.

 

Currencies

All prices shown on YORAD IN 99 are in US Dollars, and all orders are processed in USD.

Credit cards will be charged in USD, and the final price will be calculated by applying the exchange rate of the day the credit card company processes the transaction.

Duties and Taxes

Prices shown on YORAD IN 99 do not include any import taxes, duties. Orders shipped to outside South Korea may be subject to import taxes, duties upon your local customs policies. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these fees. And it is beyond our control. The rate of these fees varies on each customs policy. If you need more information or advice, please contact your local customs.
